If you get a call from an unidentified number, it can be completely innocent. Not the least of these cases is one where the caller is simply an old friend or relative that just got a new cellphone and they are calling to give you their new phone number. However, more often than not, this will not be the first thing crossing the mind of someone receiving that kind of phone call.
